Heather Kirby, Registered Dietitian for Women’s Health
Hi I'm Heather! I'm passionate about helping women achieve optimal health through holistic nutrition by balancing their hormones, managing their weight, and regaining control of their well-being.
Growing up on a cattle ranch in Colorado, I developed a deep appreciation for wholesome meals and their impact on our health. My interest in nutrition started at a young age as I helped my mother and grandmother prepare nourishing meals for our family and the hardworking individuals on our ranch.
However, it was my grandmother's diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease that truly sparked my curiosity about the connection between nutrition, disease prevention, and women's health.

I am dedicated to empowering women with a deeper understanding of their health, particularly in areas such as hormonal balance (perimenopause and menopause), alcohol free lifestyle and the powerful role nutrition plays in overall well-being. My approach focuses on supporting the body’s unique needs and fostering a balanced, sustainable way of eating that promotes overall health and long-term vitality.
Using a holistic approach to nutrition, I assess each woman’s unique health history, lifestyle, and symptoms to identify the root causes of imbalances. This personalized approach allows us to create targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies that not only address symptoms but also promote lasting wellness.
With a passion for women’s health, I strive to help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms, listen to its cues, and nourish it with confidence. My Dietitian History and Interest in Women’s Health
In 2010, I became a registered dietitian after completing my bachelor’s degree in food science and human nutrition at Colorado State University, followed by a dietetic internship through the University of Delaware distance program. I later earned my master’s degree in healthcare administration from Colorado State University Global Campus.
Throughout my career, I have witnessed the profound impact that hormonal imbalances, metabolic health, and lifestyle factors have on women's overall well-being. Many women struggle with weight fluctuations, energy depletion, and other symptoms that are often dismissed or overlooked. My mission is to provide evidence-based guidance and sustainable holistic nutrition strategies to help women regain balance, feel energized, and improve their quality of life.
